This dialog box allows the user to create and modify a country and its zoneinfo associated file. Invoke the File->Edit Countries menu item in order to get this dialog box. The ... will open a file dialog box, which will permit you to select the zone info file. A last field has been added, which contains the country code, such as F for France, D for Germany, GB for England, etc... This country code is useful if you intend to convert from/to AAF files. In France, for example, when the calendar changed on dec 12th, 1582. Thus the date will be introduced as 1582-12-20 00:00:00
